Shipping Information for Alberta Residents – FAQ

Alberta Residents now have a choice of delivery services out side of Canada Post 

We even deliver to Rural Small Towns in Alberta.

1. Is there a daily cut-off time for 3-day shipping?

Yes. The cut-off time is 2:00 PM. Orders must be in the system and ready for pick-up before this time to qualify for 3-day shipping. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

2. Does the 3-day timeline include weekends, or only business days?

Overnight -3-day shipping applies to business days only. For example, if an order is picked up on Friday, it will be delivered on Wednesday. Weekend delivery is not available.

3. Do you ship to rural towns in Alberta?

Yes. We ship to rural towns across Alberta in addition to major cities. Please note that delivery times to rural areas may vary slightly depending on the carrier’s route.

4. Can some items arrive faster than 3-day shipping?

Yes — in some cases, items without custom personalization or those with simpler engravings may be eligible for overnight delivery. However, this depends on the complexity of the personalization requested and our production schedule.

  • Standard timeline: Most personalized items require up to 3 business days before shipping.

  • Overnight eligible: Non-personalized items, or those with straightforward customization, may be shipped overnight if ready before the 2:00 PM cut-off.

  • Personalization impact: Detailed or complex engraving may require additional time, which means overnight shipping may not be available.

We will always confirm the expected delivery time with you once your order details are finalized.

5. Can my package be held at a dispatch outlet instead of delivered to my address?

Depending on where you live, there may be an option to have your package held at one of our dispatch outlets for pick-up. This can be a convenient choice if home delivery is difficult or if you prefer to collect your order at a set location. Availability of this option will be confirmed when we arrange your shipment. 

6. How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified that your package is on its way. This will allow us to follow your package in real time through the carrier’s website until it reaches your door (or dispatch outlet, if applicable).

7. What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

8. Do you offer shipping outside of Alberta?

At this time, our standard $19.99 shipping services are available within Alberta

9. How are undeliverable or return-to-sender packages handled, and who is responsible for the associated costs?

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice. Each attempt will include a door knocker to notify the customer that delivery was attempted.

  • After two unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to Engraving Reimagined.( or can be held at one of our Dispatch outlets if applicable. The customer would be responsible for traveling to the designated city or town the Dispatch outlet is located to pick up the package.  

  • Customers are responsible for paying the re-shipping costs if the order needs to be sent out again.
