All personalized items are final sale. Including but not limited to Embroidery, Photo personalization, Laser Engraving and 3 D Crystal Cubes
Seasonal and Memorial/Bereavement Products as final sale due to the nature of the products.
Any Return shipping on our online platform is the customer's responsibility. Customers will pay for the return of items to us.
Engraving Reimagined reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if all criteria is not met.

Standard Delivery (within 7-10 business days) to Canadian addresses for orders on Engraving Reimagined. On checkout, choose Standard Delivery and the offer will be applied to your order.
We have no control over Canada Post. Once it is in their hands, regardless of what type of shipping you choose, it is not guaranteed.
If you need quick shipping, call us and we can quote you on an overnight Purolator cost.
We offer a pick-up service in store as another option
